I didn’t always have a healthy relationship with food or my body. For years, I chased extremes—restrictive diets, obsessive routines, and burnout disguised as discipline. It wasn’t until I hit a breaking point that I finally tuned into what my body actually needed.
That shift sparked everything.
Now, as a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and PN-L1 Coach, I help others break free from that same all-or-nothing cycle by focusing on foundational habits that truly support energy, digestion, and long-term health. My approach isn’t about more rules—it’s about coming back to what works for you, and building real wellness from the inside out.

My Story
I KNOW WHAT IT’S LIKE TO DO EVERYTHING “RIGHT” AND STILL FEEL BLOATED, EXHAUSTED, AND DISCONNECTED FROM REAL HEALTH.​
For years, I lived in extremes—counting calories, skipping social plans, obsessing over workouts—only to spiral on weekends with heavy drinking, late nights, and foods that left me feeling worse. Despite all the effort, I felt puffy, depleted, and stuck in a loop of shame.
The turning point came during my vegan phase. My energy tanked. My hair thinned. Even caffeine couldn’t hide how drained I felt. I looked in the mirror one day and thought:
Why am I working so hard to feel this bad?

How I Broke the Cycle and Reclaimed My Energy
That moment sparked a shift. I stopped chasing quick fixes and started learning what my body truly needed to thrive—focusing on whole foods, balanced blood sugar, strength training, rest, and daily movement.
Slowly but surely, I felt like myself again: clear, energized, and grounded.
What began as a personal healing journey became a deep-rooted passion.
Today, as a Certified Holistic Nutritionist and PN-L1 Coach, I help others rebuild their health from the ground up—focusing on digestion, blood sugar balance, and sustainable habits that nourish both body and mind.
