You'll need:
½ cup of raw, unsalted cashews
zest of 1 orange zest
1-2 teaspoons pure maple syrup
½ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
pinch of salt
Method:
Preheat your oven to 170. line a baking tray with parchment paper or use a silicone baking mat.
Using the smallest side of your grater, grate your orange zest into a medium to large sized bowl.
Add to the same bowl: maple syrup, cinnamon, + salt, mixing thoroughly.
Add in your cashews and coat them in the mixture.
Spread cashews onto the prepared baking sheet + bake for 12 minutes.
Let the cashews cool on the baking sheet. once they are cold, they become crispy + hold together.
