Cool off with this deliciously guilt-free treat, made with only 3 ingredients!
Ingredients:
2 1/2 very ripe banana's
1 can full fat coconut milk
3/4 cup dairy-free dark chocolate
Directions:
Blend the banana with the coconut milk for 1-2 minutes (only use the thick, creamy part)
Add in dark chocolate. Blend briefly, to create small pieces. Alternatively, you can chop the chocolate by hand and then mix it in.
Fill the cream in a silicone mold and freeze for at least two hours.
Let it defrost for 2-3 minutes at room temperature before enjoying!
