No-bake, vegan, gluten, and refined sugar-free deliciousness!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup cassava flour
1/2 cup almond flour
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup cashew butter
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/3 cup pure maple syrup
1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Directions:
Combine cassava flour, oat flour, and protein together. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the cashew butter, maple syrup, + vanilla extract.
Add in flour mixture and mix well. Once mixed well, add the shredded coconut.
Roll into bite-sized balls and store them in the fridge.
Note: almond butter makes for an equally delicious substitute for replacing the cashew butter.
